Subscription Fees

Subscription fees for store plans are generally non-refundable once the store has been activated. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Failed Payments

If a payment is processed but your store was not activated, contact us within 72 hours for a full refund.

Product Transactions

Refunds for product purchases are handled directly between buyers and sellers. MarketPro does not mediate product refunds.
