How do I create a store?

Register for a free account, then go to Dashboard → Create Store. Follow the 5-step wizard to set up your store name, URL, contact info, logo, and SEO settings.

Is there a commission on sales?

No! We do not take any commission. All payments go directly to you through your chosen payment methods.

How long does KYC take?

KYC reviews typically take 24–48 business hours. You'll receive a notification once reviewed.

Can I have multiple stores?

Currently, each account can have one store. Contact us if you need multiple stores.

What payment methods can I offer?

You can accept Paystack (card/mobile money), Bank Transfer, and Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo).

How do I renew my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Subscription and choose your new plan. Submit payment and we'll activate it within 24 hours.

Can I edit my store after setup?

Yes! Go to Dashboard → Store Settings to edit your store info, logo, products, and payment methods anytime.

What happens if I don't renew?

Your store will be suspended and hidden from the marketplace until you renew your subscription.
